Did you know you can order weeks in advance at Pies by Post?

Choose your preferred delivery date from the delivery date calendar at the checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

We aim to get your pies to you on your chosen delivery date but we always advise to book with at least 48 hours in mind if you are catering for a special dinner or event, just in case!

Get booked in as soon as you can! Our Christmas delivery slots fill up FAST each year and are often full by the second week of December. Use our delivery date calendar to save your spot early to avoid disappointment.

Last day to place orders for Christmas Delivery: Friday 20th December at 3pm*
Final delivery date before Christmas: Tuesday 24th December. 📅*

Packaging and Delivery

All our freshly baked produce is delivered in specially designed temperature controlled boxes that stay chilled for up to 48 hours, so all your food arrives super fresh every time you order.

When you order Turner’s Pies by Post they arrive with:

You receive at least 2 Ice Packs in every box.

Our Ice Packs can be reused or recycled. To recycle our packs, cut the corner and drain the contents down your sink. (The contents is food safe and non toxic).
You can then recycle the plastic with other bags at larger super markets!

Alternatively, why not reuse your packs for picnics and lunch boxes?

As we freshly bake all of our pies to order, as such, we have a three day lead time. Once baked, your pies will be sent out to you overnight via one of our trusted couriers, either APC or DPD. Please note that we cannot deliver on a Sunday or a Monday.

How do I track my delivery?

We send our pies to you using our trusted third party courier APC Overnight / First 4 Logistics you can track your parcel and will receive notifications once your pie pack has been collected from us.

To Track your delivery you will need a consignment number (000****) and your postcode. You will receive your consignment number through your automatic email from APC Overnight.

If we have sent your order via our other trusted third party courier DPD, you can track your parcel and will recieve notifications once your pie pack has been collected from us, you will need your long parcel number and your postcode.

Our courier has had instructions to automatically leave your pie pack in a safe place should you or your recipient’s not be in to receive it. You do not have to stay in and wait!

How do I contact Turners Pies by Post?

As you can imagine, our Pies by Post team are extremely busy packing your orders over the Christmas period, as such our telephone line will be closed during key packing hours to give our team enough time to pack and organise your orders. Phone lines will be closed between the hours of 10am – 2pm. We will do our best to answer if we can!

Heating and Storage Instructions

And now for the fun part, the eating!

Cooking instructions:

Pop your pies in a preheated oven at 180C or Gasmark 4 for:

Large Pies: 40 minutes
Individual Pies: 25 minutes
Fruit Pies: 20 minutes
Quiches: 15 – 20 minutes
Sausage Rolls: 5 – 10 minutes

Times can vary, our pies can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Refrigerate: Keep your pies refrigerated for up to 5 days

Freeze: You can freeze your pies for up to 6 months. Make sure you defrost your pies before reheating them.

Christmas Information

  • Our Christmas delivery slots are now open! When you get to the checkout you can choose your Christmas delivery date up to 2 months in advance. We recommend booking early as slots fill up to full capacity every year.

  • Yes! Our pies make fantastic and unique Christmas presents. At the checkout make sure to check “Deliver to a different address?” and fill in your lucky recipient’s details.

    We will handle the rest!

    A firm favourite is our Festive Pie Pack!

  • We sell our Digital Gift Cards directly to your chosen recipient’s email address, you can even send a special message and choose which date the email is sent to them. Perfect when you’re not sure what they would like or if our delivery dates have filled up!

    We do not have a physical gift card option currently, all gift cards are only valid for use on Pies by Post and are not redeemable in our shops.
