Our Christmas delivery slots are now open! When you get to the checkout you can choose your Christmas delivery date up to 2 months in advance. We recommend booking early as slots fill up to full capacity every year.

Yes! Our pies make fantastic and unique Christmas presents. At the checkout make sure to check “Deliver to a different address?” and fill in your lucky recipient’s details.

A firm favourite is our Festive Pie Pack!

We sell our Digital Gift Cards directly to your chosen recipient’s email address, you can even send a special message and choose which date the email is sent to them. Perfect when you’re not sure what they would like or if our delivery dates have filled up!

We do not have a physical gift card option currently, all gift cards are only valid for use on Pies by Post and are not redeemable in our shops.

In short, we did. Turner’s Pies. A traditional, family-run bakery, specialising in pies since 1933. Our award-winning products are baked daily, from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Your pies are baked to order and sent for next day delivery.

In 2018 & 2020 we were crowned Supreme Champion at the British Pie Awards with our Steak and Ale Pie & Steak and Stilton Pie with an almost perfect judging score of 99/100. You can’t win them all but most of our pies, at some point, have reached the top of their category (flavour), so ultimately the judging is down to you, our most valued customer.

We can currently only send pies by post in the selection packs available on our website. Join our mailing list and keep your eyes peeled for new products and pack variations.

Where flavours are not specified in the product description you are able to select the flavours of your choice, simply add them to your Pie Pack

For those who wish to sample our wares before stocking up the freezer we have the Introductory Pie Pack containing one large savoury and one fruit pie with full range of flavours to choose from. You can even add some of our delicious sides to this pie pack!

Yes! You can now add extras to select pie packs (if there is enough room in the box!), including our Gravy. Check out the bottom of select pie packs and choose your extras!

Yes, we have separate Gluten Free Pie Packs. We do not send gluten free pies in the same box with those that contain gluten in order to avoid cross contamination. Our GF range is tested in a laboratory to contain less than 5ppm of gluten. Gluten free pie packs will be dispatched frozen & should be placed in the freezer once received, simply defrost and follow our standard cooking instructions for pie perfection!

Your pies arrive individually boxed and branded with the relevant flavour. Once they have left the box the following markings are on the top of the pies:

Pies By Post gift vouchers– AKA the easiest way to win at presents. Simply choose a card, top it up with an amount of your choice, drop in a message and we’ll slide it straight into the lucky person’s inbox on your chosen day.

Ideal for those who want to send the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas, house warming but can’t choose the right combination of pies to send.

Our pies are ready to eat and delicious served hot or cold.
To reheat, pop into a preheated oven at 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 until golden brown and piping hot throughout.

Large Savoury Pies: 40 Minutes
Individual Savoury Pies: 25 minutes
Fruit Pies: 20 Minutes
Quiches: 15 – 20 Minutes

Times may vary depending on your appliance.

Yes you can! Our pies are just as delicious cooked in an air fryer. We recommend cooking them on a “bake” setting at approximately 170ºC in their tins. Make sure to keep checking on your pie as different air fryers vary, times may vary. Cook until golden brown and piping hot throughout.

Large Savoury Pies: 35 – 40 Minutes
Individual Savoury Pies: 20 – 25 minutes
Fruit Pies: 15 – 20 Minutes
Quiches: 10 – 15 Minutes

Our pies are baked fresh to order so they will be in top condition in your fridge for 5 days including the day of delivery.

You can double check the Use By date stamped to your outer postal box.

Yes, our pies are baked fresh daily and can be frozen for up to 6 months. Fully defrost the pie before reheating and make sure it’s cooked throughout before serving. Do not refreeze.

We do not recommend freezing our quiches.

Your pies will arrive safely and carefully packed in a temperature controlled box along with reusable gel ice packs. Our packaging is designed to keep your pies cool for up to 48 hours in transit! Read more on our Delivery Information page.

They will need to be placed in the fridge or freezer on arrival.

Your pies will arrive with a 5 day shelf life and can be frozen for up to six months.

We take care to pack your freshly baked pies so that they get to you in tip top condition. Our specially designed packaging has been proven to protect your pies and keep them fresh and cool.
Depending on your delivery date we use two couriers, either DPD or APC, they have a great track record, so you needn’t worry. Between us we keep you updated at every stage so you can be sure of where your pies are. For more information on our courier check our our Delivery Information Page.

We deliver across mainland UK.

We are not currently able to deliver to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We make all of our pies fresh to order, as such we need a 3 day lead time to prepare, freshly bake, package and send your pies. However you can use our delivery date picker to choose exactly which day you want your pies, you can even pick a up to three months in advance!

Please note that our courier can only deliver Tuesday – Saturday

When you join our mailing list we will send you a free delivery coupon code for use at the checkout of your next purchase. Normally there is a £5.95 postage charge or FREE delivery for orders over £60.

No, you do not need to be home to sign for delivery. Our courier will give you a two hour delivery window and an opportunity to select a safe place to leave your temperature controlled parcel, via email so you don’t have to wait in all day.

You will receive an email from our courier service prior to and on the day of delivery. They will give you a 2 hour time slot on the delivery day. We recommend that you do not delay the arrival of your perishable goods.
