WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver across mainland UK. We are not currently able to deliver to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Check your postcode.
WHEN WILL MY PIES BE DELIVERED? We usually deliver within 4 working days of your order. Our overnight courier cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays. If you require delivery further into the future please let us know when you need them by in the order notes box at checkout.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES? When you join our mailing list we will send you a free delivery voucher code for use at the checkout of your next purchase. Normally there is a £4.95 postage charge or FREE POSTAGE for orders over £60. Join Now!
DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY? No, you do not need to be home to sign for delivery. Our courier will give you a one hour delivery window and an opportunity to select a safe place to leave your temperature controlled parcel, via SMS so you don’t have to wait in all day.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PIES ARE ARRIVING? You will receive an interactive text message from our courier service prior to and on the day of delivery. We recommend that you do not delay the arrival of your perishable goods.
HOW DO I COOK MY PIES? Our Pies are Delicious served hot or cold. You can reheat the individual pies in just 25 mins at 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F gas mark 4 or the Large pies for 35 minutes.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PIES? Your pies will arrive in a temperature controlled box. They will need to be placed in the fridge or freezer on arrival. Your pies will arrive with a 5 day shelf life and can be frozen for up to six months.
