The Packaging
All our freshly baked produce is delivered in specially designed temperature controlled boxes that stay chilled for up to 48 hours, so all your food arrives super fresh and ready to eat every time you order.
When you order Turner’s Pies by Post they arrive with:
- Top quality temperature controlled boxes – Our insulated boxes are assembled with an insulated lining, keeping your pies fresh for up to 48 hours.
- Gel ice packs – These specially designed ice packs are pre-cooled before enveloping your order to ensure your pies arrives chilled (not frozen). They help keep your pies fresh and they can be reused or recycled afterwards. – Our ice packs can be safely drained down your kitchen sink and the plastic can be recycled with other bags at your local supermarket.
- Double walled corrugated box – Our boxes are stronger and better insulated than ordinary boxes they are specifically designed to contain chilled goods.
- Recyclable & reusable – All our packaging has been designed to be reused or recycled. Why not reuse our ice packs for picnics?
APC Overnight (First 4 Logistics)
Our deliveries are carried our by a third party partner, APC Overnight. You will receive notifications throughout the process from us and from APC directly via email. You can use their website to track your order with your unique consignment number and postcode. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email once your pies have been collected.
On the day of your delivery APC will send you notification of your 2 hour time slot. As our parcels are perishable, APC operate an automatic “Leave in a Safe Place” policy. This means you do not need to be in to accept your parcel. Your driver will leave it in a safe place. Some areas of the country are still practicing “contactless delivery” to protect you and your driver. In this instance this means that they may not knock on your door. In all cases, your driver will notifiy you of successful delivery via email.

Where do APC deliver?
We deliver across mainland UK. Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
We cannot currently deliver to the following postcodes:

Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Wight are only available on weekdays. If you choose a Saturday delivery, our team will contact you to move your delivery date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
